We are located between Avoca Beach and Terrigal on the NSW Central Coast, approximately 90 minutes north of the Sydney CBD.

Opening hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am – 6pm
Please note we do not maintain 24-hour access to email accounts and do not view emails over the weekend. If you need out of hours assistance please call the Mental Health Line on 1800 011 511. Life threatening matters should be directed to your nearest Hospital Emergency Department or Emergency Services on 000.
